A major brokerage firm that has been live on dayforce for awhile needed assistance with open enrollment and reconfiguration of modules and processes to take advantage of increased needs and functionality.
After some turnover and doing OE manually for 2 years, Clinton Rubin was able to send in a seasoned Benefits SME to work with the firm to have a smooth OE process in 2023, along with implementing other processes that streamlined the day-to-day work with dayforce as the System of Record. Spreadsheets and manual processes were replaced with dayforce technology already in house.
A major biotechnology firm engaged Clinton Rubin to help in many facets of moving from ADP to dayforce. Starting with change management, through the conversion from ADP to project management, Clinton Rubin and the customer partnered to make sure the “as is” became the “to be” with the new dayforce technology. Planning, testing, and validation were all important to make sure data was brought over, tested before going live. In addition, SME’s for payroll, WFM and technology were engaged as needed to insure all aspects were in synch prior to and after go-live.
Clinton Rubin assisted a major cancer center in New York to re-engineer and develop new HR business processes as a precursor to the implementation of a new enterprise HR/payroll solution. The project included documenting and improving the processes for core HR, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and payroll. The project included interviewing stakeholders within HR but also included enterprise stakeholders and users of HR. The project resulted in the smooth implementation of an enterprise HR/payroll system.
Clinton Rubin assisted a major health care system in Pennsylvania in implementing Infor Cloudsuite HR, supply chain, and finance systems. The role on the project was to be a client advocate and develop an integrated project plan, coordinating and managing multiple service vendors with over 50 consultants, along with the client’s personnel and stakeholders. Additionally, Clinton Rubin provided a technical team to manage the development of over 150 interfaces and provide technical expertise on ION OS capabilities.
Congratulations to an offshore drilling company for going live with Infor’s Human Capital Management module in just 120 days. To facilitate the project, the team used the Clinton Rubin Infor Lite methodology, which is comprised of a knowledge library containing project accelerators. Clinton Rubin’s application expertise, agile project management, and close collaboration with the client ensured the success of the project within the timeline needed!
Clinton Rubin implemented Infor Global HR, Employee Space, Benefits, WFM, and Payroll for a resort and casino. Clinton Rubin consultants were instrumental in enabling the success of working alongside Infor’s ICS consulting group and employees. While the project initially started as typical on-site engagement, Clinton Rubin was forced to adapt to COVID-19 protocols and quickly take the project remote. The project transitioned without a hitch and was completed on time!
A BioPharma company with rapid growth needed project management help to manage their project and hit a must-go-live timeline of 1/1/23. After uncovering what needed to be done on both sides to hit the milestone, Clinton Rubin placed a seasoned project manager to assist with timelines, changes and work needed to succeed. The customer hit their 1/1 go live and then decided that our PM was so helpful that they kept her in place for an additional 6 months to tweak what went live and add additional modules that are critical for their growth in 2024 and beyond.
Clinton Rubin engaged with an education group to validate the HRIS and Payroll selection of the software solution. The education group then selected Clinton Rubin to manage the project and implementation. Clinton Rubin was requested to provide all implementation services including: project management, business process reengineering, change management, conference room pilots, training, go live support, post go live support and solution optimization. Clinton Rubin brought the implementation to go live 6 months after the start of the project!
Clinton Rubin worked with a major fashion retail brand to stabilize and optimize software. Clinton Rubin was selected to assess the state of their former implementation, which was not operating as designed. The retail brand then chose Clinton Rubin to stabilize and optimize their current implementation. Clinton Rubin was also engaged in post-go-live activities. The solutions included: organizational structures and foundational structures; job profiles; compensation set up; security profile access; workflows; forms; scheduling; entitlements; and reporting. Clinton Rubin assisted in getting what was needed to operate their HRIS and payroll production systems.
