CLINTON RUBIN AND SPRING EDUCATION GROUP
Spring Education Group (formerly Nobel Learning Communities) engaged Clinton Rubin LLC to validate the HRIS and payroll selection of the Dayforce solution. The other two competitors were ADP and Ultimate.
Spring Education then requested Clinton Rubin to manage the project and implementation. Clinton Rubin was requested to provide all implementation services, including project management, business process reengineering, change management, conference room pilots, configuration, testing (all phases), training, go-live support, post-go-live support and solution optimization. The implementation was a challenge as we went live six months after the start of the project.
